 September 27th - Celebrate Pennsylvania Week For Animals and the Pittsburgh P.E.A.C. 10th Anniversary!
After the September 27th seminar, we will share a PEAC of cake to celebrate 10 years of helping the parrots in need in the Pittsburgh area and surrounding counties, and setting the highest standards in quality education in the specialized care of companion birds in Western PA. We will also do our part to mark the first Pennsylvania Week for animals.
- The seminar ("Behavior Problems") starts at 10 AM at the Sewall Center, Robert Morris University click here to register
- A celebration of the P.E.A.C. Pittsburgh Chapter 10th Anniversary will follow
- Cockatoo Creations will be on hand with a selection of items.
- We will mark the First Annual Pennsylvania Week For The Animals. Shelters, rescue groups, and humane organizations across the state will be holding animal-related special events on this date. Be a part of Pennsylvania's effort to promote the welfare of the animals who are so important in our lives!
